Harus invests in the manufacture of dispensers to offer savings and practicality to all accommodation options

The products, used to distribute alcohol gel, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner, are also available to people with visual impairments.

Some products are taking up more and more space in accommodation facilities, including dispensers, used for alcohol gel, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. To meet this demand in a personalized way, Harus made adjustments to the factory, based in Franca (SP), with investments in production engineering to develop the necessary tooling for the new dispenser line.

Renato Pimenta, executive director of Harus, leader in the amenities market, focuses on the main attributes of the new dispensers: practicality in installation and replacement, cost savings between 30% and 60%, minimizes waste and reduces environmental impact – all products have a seal green plastic. “Harus has always sought the best cost-benefit for its customers, without compromising on quality”, he states.

To maintain this commitment, Harus invested in product design. “We handed over the entire project to our partner suppliers. This greatly optimizes on-demand production and reduces industrial costs”, explains Pimenta. Customizing the dispenser with the customer's brand can be done, free of charge, as long as it reaches the minimum quantity required.

The new products are available in volumes of 250ml and 350ml. The company also offers lending options, in which the customer only pays for the refill, and Braille dispenser for visually impaired people, with a capacity of 300ml to 500ml. The executive recalls that the Brazilian Law on the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (nº 13,146/2015) establishes that accommodation facilities must guarantee the existence of apartments adapted for people with disabilities or reduced mobility in their establishments.
