Quality Targets
- Dispatch 99.5% of orders on time (dispatch time is one day after orders are invoiced).
- Keep customer’s complaint rate at 1.2% (percentage of total complaints vs. total invoiced orders) or ten complaints per month, at most.
- Keep the rate of product returns at 0.4% (percentage of total returns vs. total invoiced orders) or four returns per month at most.
