Line produced in partnership with the specialist also includes cleaning products; items follow the most rigorous standards required by the market in both areas
São Paulo, October 2022 – Safety and sustainability are watchwords in today's hospitality, the result of renewed concerns about issues after the pandemic and the growth of the ESG movement (acronym in English for best environmental, social and governance practices). To deliver both, the sector now has a new ally: the line Harus by Carla Guerra, which offers amenities and cleaning products developed under the strictest protocols on the market.
“When I met Carla Guerra, I quickly realized that her work in the hospitality sector had a lot in common with the way we operate at Harus. In addition to paying close attention to the best production and biosafety protocols, we share a deep concern with sustainability”, says the general director of Harus, Luiz Roberto Magrin Filho.
The launch combines the professional's know-how with the brand's cutting-edge processes, creating products that use natural ingredients and are free from parabens, silicones and mineral oil. The amenities are available in sachets or bottles, which are 100% biodegradable. The packaging of soaps and accessories is made of biodegradable paper with certification issued by the Institute of
Technological Research.
The line Harus by Carla Guerra It has a shower cap, beauty kit, comb, loofah, and dental kit. The sachet products (shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and moisturizing lotion) bring all the freshness of aloe vera, blackberries and orchids. The amenities in bottles (shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, bar soap and moisturizing lotion) have a sensual aroma, with notes of cherry, apricot, hazelnut and jasmine.
Carla Guerra is a specialist in disinfection and hygiene in the hospitality sector. With more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and environmental manager, she worked on the development of biosafety protocols against Covid-19 in the hotel chain across the country. Today, she is an ambassador for Harus, a leading brand in the amenities market in Brazil, with the aim of developing sustainable and safe solutions for the sector.
“The company’s entire process is very rich and takes into account the reduction of environmental impact throughout the chain. While other companies were implementing protocols to prevent product contamination, Harus already had them in place before the pandemic. We have a lot to do together”, he says.
